Session Considerations

When perparing for a session, consider the following:

• Allow a bit of time to wind down and get present before the session, so you really have yourself to bring fully to the work
• Avoid stimulating substances prior to the session (and after)
• Plan on having your animal in the same room with you during the session (when they're directly involved)
• Please, no answering of phones or being on your computer while we're in session
• Let anyone else in the house know you're not to be interrupted during or immediately after the session
• Leave enough down time after the session to allow for integration
