Longwillow : Tending to the life of the soul

DaisyHi, my name is Daisy and I am a 10 plus year old cute little aussie. What follows are excerpts from my journal when I went to country camp for 10 days last year. Usually, I live in the city.

Day 1:

Whoa doggy, there are some serious smells out here. My sniffer hasn't had this much action in forever. I earn points with auntie L (the person caring for me at country camp...a.k.a. my humble servant!) by laying my dirt covered chin on the arm of the outdoor chair she is sitting in. I've already won her over! Some loud, obnoxious noise this afternoon about gave me a heart attack. Guess you could call it a fire drill. The smoke detector went off. Auntie L tried calmin' my nerves with some of her medicine (o.k, i was shakin' like a leaf) but taking a nice long walk out back and eatin' some cow dookie seemed to do the trick. I already got auntie L to set me up with 2 beds. Yep, that's right, 2 beds. The cat's a jealous wreck!

Stay tuned for the next installment of Daisy's adventure's at country camp.
