Boo Radley came to live with us when he was 1 ½ years old. He got his name because he was too shy to show his face and kept hidden in the back of his crate. He’s become much more comfortable, running around the house, etc. but still has light and sound sensitivities that result in his pretty much living under a blanket when stationary in the house. He was having occasional seizures, some of which seemed to be triggered by various environmental stresses and some of which had no apparent trigger. When they started to occur more frequently, we called Longwillow to see if she could help him out. She let us know that since the entire family was involved, she would come over and work with all of us. So the two humans, two cats and two dogs all participated in their own way. My partner and I were completely impressed by Longwillow’s ability to intuit and perceive the connections between us. Some of the things she named, we already knew. Other things she named were new to us and led all of us (ok, particularly Boo and I…we seem to be the problem children) into new behaviors. Boo Radley has, thankfully, not had a seizure since our session, 4 months ago. Two times when I thought he might have one, I used the essences that Longwillow left with us with positive effects….ie, he didn’t have a seizure. I don’t have the words to tell you what a relief this is for all of us.
